Bill Keir – President, Design, Sales

With two decades of experience in the custom swimming pool industry, Bill exemplifies a hands-on approach to client service that aligns with the standards upheld by Liberty Pools. Serving as Project Manager, he provides comprehensive oversight from the initial design consultation through every phase of construction to final project delivery, maintaining clear and direct communication between clients and company leadership. Bill’s established partnerships with premium finishing contractors enable Liberty Pools to consistently deliver products of the highest quality and meet the expectations of discerning clients.

Kris has overseen some of the most complex swimming pool projects in Southern Ontario. With more than 20 years of experience in the custom pool industry, Kris has established a reputation for excellence. Kris’s extensive knowledge enables Liberty Pools to deliver high-quality results while maintaining clean, safe, and efficient job sites. Through meticulous planning and effective on-site problem solving, Kris directs the Liberty Pools construction teams to produce outstanding pool designs that consistently meet client expectations.
